Learning and development are planned, managed and monitored through a coordinated structure led by the Board of Directors, Managing Director and supported by the Head of Learning and Development.

In addition to accredited Professional Institution training schemes we ensure that all our people have access to and are supported in, relevant learning and development to maintain our position as a full-service business management services provider.

It is our policy to increase participation in training and to assess each individual’s needs by means of an annual learning and development review. By assisting each individual to achieve their maximum potential we aim to continue improving the high level of service provided to customers.
